English-speaking Filipino professionals usually command above the sector's average salary. In your quote we give you a realistic market range for your case.
One-off, success-based fee. For the professional, always free.
Transparent fees, no surprises
Our fee is a one-off payment for the recruitment. For full-time positions it equals one month's agreed gross salary; for other services we apply the fees below. You only pay if you hire a professional we introduce. VAT not included.

All fees are exclusive of VAT. The professional's salary and Social Security contributions are separate, paid by the family; we advise on market rates. For the professional, our service is always free of charge. The payroll service is provided through a partner payroll specialist and is quoted separately based on hours and procedures.
10% discount for recommending us at your school
If you have school-age children and recommend us in their school's parents' WhatsApp group, we discount 10% of the placement fee.
- Valid for families who hire a professional introduced by Elena & Mer and pay the corresponding placement fee.
- The recommendation must be posted in your children's school (or PTA) parents' WhatsApp group, in your own words. We don't ask for any specific text.
- To apply it, send us a screenshot of the message before we issue the fee invoice. If you send it afterwards, up to 30 days from the professional's start date, we refund the difference.
- One discount per family and per placement. Not combinable with other promotions nor applicable to guarantee replacements.
- The discount applies to Elena & Mer's fee, not to the professional's salary or Social Security contributions.
- Promotion valid until further notice.
